Lost or Stolen Bus Passes

The University Students' Council does not guarantee replacement of lost or stolen bus passes. Each request is considered on a case-by-case basis as explained in the Bus Pass Policy

STOLEN PASSES
If your pass is stolen, email usc.buspass@uwo.ca immediately and report the circumstances of the loss to avoid unauthorized use of the card. This increases the chances that your card will be returned should it be found. We also urge you to submit a police report.

If you have also lost your Western One card you must first go to the Registrar's Office to obtain a replacement card.  There are fees for replacement Western One or validation cards.

To request a replacement bus pass, students are required to present their current Western One card.  A processing fee up to $25.00 + GST will be levied for each replacement bus pass.

NOTE:

  • No pass will be replaced free of charge.
  • Bus passes will only be replaced twice.

If you find your card in the meantime, simply email usc.buspass@uwo.ca or drop by the InfoSource
