For those with related experience, great! You're already ahead of the game. But for those without experience in the field, don't despair. You may have more to offer than you think! When companies are looking to hire summer or graduating students, they are willing to give students without experience a chance. They look for highly motivated individuals with transferable skill sets. Involvement in extracurricular activities and leadership roles around the school community will demonstrate your initiative.
