Stipulations:
- We ask that payment be made once music is ordered. When music is rented from our organization, we are immediately credited by the University, at which point the account turns over to them. If money is not paid within a reasonable amount of time, the University will become a creditor.
- Music will be due on or before a date agreed upon by both parties at the time of ordering.
- Failure to return music will result in an invoice from the University for replacement costs.
- Cheques should be made out to "University Students' Council" with the memo line indicating music rental from the UWO Choir.
