F-word on March 29th
The event i know you have all been waiting for is coming up in a week!
The f-word (where the f stands for fusion) will take place Next Thursday, March 29th at the London Music Club. The night starts at 8, doors open at 7:30. There is a 7$ cover charge at the door (or if you decide to sign up to be a member of Orchestra London's Under 36 club, it is only $5!!)
The event is hosted by Orchestra London in collaboration with the London Poetry slam collective. The pub night/coffeehouse will bring together the creative talents of local London Musicians, Orchestra London members, and London Poetry slam collective poets. The night will feature some composer themed cocktails (just you wait), Orchestra London Swag, as well as prizes for audience favorite performances. We encourage rowdy particaption from audience members, and hope to have an overall great time
Also, we are still looking for some musical performers (soloists, or small groups to perform art-music fusions, jazz, accoustic sets, and the like). So if you know of anyone who may be interested get them to e-mail katy : johnston.katy@gmail.com.
