Rally around the chosen one

Re: Wasting my student fees, Oct. 23

To the Editor:

I would like to thank Patrick O'Neil for his letter expressing his "concern about the health of alternative lifestyles." I am glad that he has selflessly chosen to do God's work and save those poor souls who choose to be gay.

Patrick is the perfect crusader to "provide advice on choosing a healthy lifestyle" because he is much smarter than the idiots who think homosexuality is nothing more than a differing sexual preference. Pat is blessed with infinite wisdom and God himself communicates through Pat in guiding others down the heavenly path to moral righteousness.

Pat warns that only morons tolerate and accept differences. Pat preaches the truth – all who are not created in Patrick O'Neil's image should be reformed or ostracized. Take heed that only imbeciles admit fallibility, take comfort in knowing that omniscient Pat never errs.

Let's rally around our holy president of the Canadian Family Action Coalition who has returned after his bimillennium absence. Let's help him fight the mental disease that afflicts homosexuals. While we're at it, let's also help him rid Western of blacks and latinos since they too are different.

But Pat, before I join your moral crusade, I have just one question for you... what kind of family action will you take when your future son tells you he's gay?

To Alexa Duggan: Hey babe, love the spelling of "wimmin." Very cute. Do you dot your "i's" with happy faces, too?
