Western graduate and substitute biology teacher Amy Gehring tried to make out with a 15-year-old girl just minutes after having sex with a male student, a London, England court heard yesterday.

According to London's Daily Mail, the girl claimed Gehring, 26, straddled and kissed a 15-year-old boy for 20 minutes before going into a bathroom with him for an hour and a half at a friend's house.

"When they came out, Amy asked me to go into the toilet with her," the girl said. "Inside, she told me how much she loved the boy and said she'd had sex with him.

"Then she said how much she wanted to kiss someone. I said. 'Don't you think you've had enough? You've been in here for ages.' Amy said, 'I want to make out with you.'

"We were only in there for five minutes," the girl claimed.

Later that night, Gehring was seen fondling another girl's breasts while teenagers danced around them, the court heard.

The girl claimed Gehring had asked her not to tell other teachers she was going to student parties.

At another party a couple weeks later, on New Year's Eve 2000, an apparently drunk Gehring came wearing a see-through blouse with a black bra, according to the girl.

Prosecutors told the jury the teacher had sex with two 15-year-old boys within half an hour and was later hysterical when one denied her of sex again.

Andrew Thompson, Gehring's lawyer, believes the boys are suffering from schoolboy fantasies.

Originally from a town near Tillsonburg, Ontario, Gehring has pleaded not guilty to five counts of indecent assault. She attended Norwich District High School as both a student and student-teacher. Gehring finished her education degree at Western in June 2000.

According to published reports from London's Sun, the 15-year-old girl who testified yesterday said she felt she was more of a friend than student to Gehring.

"She told me when she lost her virginity and how many people she had slept with.

"Amy told me she had sexual intercourse with one and she told me she loved him and she had given him oral sex in the park after school," she said.

Gehring came highly recommended by Western and teachers at Norwich District High School, said a spokesperson from TimePlan – Gehring's recruitment agency – to the Daily Mail.

The trial continues.
