Racially charged bathrooms

To the Editor:

I may be alone here, but has anybody else noticed the increasing amount of vandalism all over bathrooms and library desks on campus?

It's getting way out of hand; what was once "Jenny loves Bobby" has now become an unmediated debate of racial slurs and stabs at every culture and creed in the world. I'm unable to wrap my brain around this one for a number of reasons. First off, it's vandalism and whether or not it's offensive, the desks we're meant to be using to study have become an unregulated discussion board. Second off, the majority of the scratchings are prejudiced and certainly objectionable, and of course, they are written by faceless cowards.

I suppose I'm just getting sick of all the mud-slinging and I'm just writing this as a plea to get people to stop. So, if anyone agrees or disagrees, I'd like to hear about it. And if you're one of the cowards, just stop; you're already lower than a snake.
