Campus Sightlines: Ruby Mason

What is Campus Sightlines? Each month, A&E will feature one piece of art that is located on campus. We'll describe the work, and your job is to find out where it's located. The first person to come to the MacIntosh Gallery on Thursday, Jan. 23 at noon and tell us where this month's feature is located will win a prize from Artifex.

This portrait of Ruby E.C. Mason features the subject standing outdoors in front of Western's own University College. Artist Alan Dayton used china marker on paper to create this work. With a size of approximately 76-by-55 centimetres, this classic portrait captures a piece of Western history.
