Mustang briefs

The Mustang women split a pair of road games this weekend, defeating the Carleton Ravens 55-44 last Friday night before falling 49-46 to the Ottawa Gee-Gees on Saturday. Rebecca McColl, Western's leading scorer, netted 11 points against Carleton and 10 more against Ottawa.

The Mustangs did not fare well this past weekend, losing to both the Carleton Ravens and Ottawa Gee-Gees. The Mustangs came out on the short end of an 84-73 contest with the Canadian Interuniversity Sport No. 1 ranked Ravens on Friday and were bested by 20 points in Saturday's 70-50 match-up against Ottawa.
