The women's cross country team finished fifth in the Canadian Interuniversity Sport championships in Moncton, NB, with captain Shannon Gerrie heading the pack with a fifth place finish.

The Mustang men did not meet as much success this year, failing to make the nationals. The men had a 75 per cent win rate against other Canucks, compared to an 89 per cent mark for the ladies.

The entire women's squad returns in 2004.

Success-O-Meter Score: 8/10
