Women's Golf

The women's golf team had a very successful season, culminating in the top prize for women's golf.

Early in the year they split the team up and sent two players to the Laurier Invitational. The result was a first place and third place finish, with Michelle Dunkel placing first overall. Carlie Weppler and Lindsay Edmunds finished in a tie for third.

The Guelph Invitational saw four Mustangs place in the top five. Dunkel finished second, while Weppler and Shannon Mantrop tied for third with Edmunds tied for fifth.

The team won the overall Ontario University Athletics team competition, blowing away their competitors by finishing 16 strokes better than the second place team.

Edmunds finished the tournament in second place, followed closely by Lisa Volchoff and Weppler who finished third and fourth respectively.

Success-O-Meter Score: 10/10
