Western still clean; caretakers to vote

Conciliation talks between Western's administration and the Canadian Union of Public Employees local 2361 ended yesterday with the union deciding to take an administration proposal to its membership for a vote on Wed., Oct. 8.


Student reps applaud plan to reform OSAP

Many can agree the Ontario Student Assistance Plan needs improvement. At the University of Toronto, both student groups and administration have come together to devise a plan on how OSAP should be improved.
