In Brief: Rocktoberfest or Manson? Or both!

Rock on, Rocktoberfest!

CHRW 94.9 FM celebrates rock and Oktoberfest with Rocktoberfest, which takes place tonight and tomorrow at Call the Office. Tonight you can check out up-and-comers Blanket, The New Grand, Sciphonics, Staylefish; tomorrow night, Grumpy, Legend Killers, October Crisis and '63 Monroe hit the stage. Each show is $5 at the door.

Manson meets the Copps

On Monday, Mr. Marilyn Manson makes his third Canadian stop on his Grotesk Burlesk tour which is getting solid reviews. The always entertaining rocker hits Copps Coliseum in Hamilton for some sick and sexy fun. If you are 12 or under, make sure you have a grown-up with you. Tickets available at Ticketmaster outlets, www.ticketmaster.ca, or charge-by-phone 905-527-7666.
