Facing uncertainty in Lost

You know that feeling you get waiting for the bus at the Natural Sciences Centre on a rainy day? That miserable, bordering-on-depression weight in the pit of your stomach that just gets heavier with the thought the only thing waiting for you at home is a box of Kraft Dinner and a mountain of untouched homework?

The first show produced and curated by the Visual Arts 293 class intends to shock its audience and with a theme like "censorship," and it succeeds in doing so. Blaring on a stereo at the entrance are songs such as Madonna's "Like a Prayer," which is known for its controversial music video.


A controversial art exhibition has been at Spencer Gallery in the D.B. Weldon Library since Sep. 2.
