SOMEONE AT THE GAZETTE ACTUALLY HAS SEX?!
The one and only thing that reliably keeps the stress monster
away is regular trips to the gym. Cardio burns off the excess
frustration and some extra calories too. Yay!
But in the land of reality where, sadly, I reside, there isn't
much time to make it to the gym very often. Instead, hot baths
help to relieve stress and herbal teas are calming as well.
I try to avoid indulging in stress relievers that must be smoked
to work; they're bad for me.
A fantastic stress reliever that is good for me is, well,
employing the talents of my boyfriend. Sex chases away the
stress only temporarily, so I recommend repeating this method
frequently if you can. When all else fails, I've got some great
little pills from the doctor. Unfortunately you need to be
demonstrably crazy for a doctor to give you these magic pills.
If you want a sure-fire way to become crazy enough, come work
for The Gazette and surrender all your free time as well as
some of the hours you normally devote to sweet, sweet sleep.
