Real on da streets!

The street mattress - that piece of furniture, normally used to provide comfort to nighttime slumber, stripped of its linens and found lying bruised and broken on sidewalks, highways and deserted alleys. For more than two years, Noonan and Adam of have been collecting photos of the street mattress and have amassed a dedicated following of submitters who help with street mattress sightings (top submitter Rebecca has taken pics of more than 250 mattresses). Currently, the street mattress count has reached over 2,400 and includes international mattresses from as far as Australia and Congo, proving we are all one when it comes to our penchant for disposing mattresses in odd locations in all their disastrous and soiled glory.
