CAMPUS LIFE

How to lend a helping hand: Volunteering 101

It’s all about life — campus life, if you will — and there’s no better way to experience life than through volunteering. The rewards of a simple act like donating a few hours of your time are beyond explanation.

In hopes of aspiring some to expand their horizons beyond reading dull textbooks or writing boring essays, this week’s Campus Life section has attempted to show the wide range of opportunities available on campus and in London.

Obviously, this is not a comprehensive list, but this section is a place to start and maybe get you thinking about the incredibly rewarding experiences provided through volunteerism. There are innumerable opportunities available for you to gain experience, help out a worthy cause and find something that suits your lifestyle and interests. Take a look around; there is always someone that could use your help.
