CFS votes down Israel boycott

The Ryerson Student Union’s recent call for an investigation into a potential boycott of Israel was shut down at the last general meeting of the Canadian Federation of Students.

On Nov. 21, two-thirds of the voting plenary of CFS voted to “object to consideration” in regard to a motion put forth by the RSU. (read more)

The contest held by Molson Canada invited students from colleges and universities across the country to post pictures of themselves partying on campus. (read more)
