The Canadian House of Commons passed a bill aimed at restructuring Registered Education Savings Plans to make way for tax-free savings funds up to $5,000.

This strategy should work well for the next generation in aiding students and parents to save money without taking a tax hit. (read more)

In the ongoing discussion over the sale of cigarettes at Mustang Alley, many important issues have been overlooked.

Leave The Pack Behind, a youth tobacco initiative for postsecondary students, attempted to address these issues in support of the ‘No’ campaign, but faced several political obstacles in doing so. (read more)
