The Western men’s hockey team staged a blowout Saturday at the John Labatt Centre in its final regular-season faceoff with the division rival Windsor Lancers.

The Mustangs (11-5-2-2) trampled the Lancers (8-11-0-0) 9-1 with an explosive offence. (read more)

Western’s women’s basketball team played a strong week, earning home wins against the Brock Badgers and Windsor Lancers.

Despite trailing at halftime in Wednesday’s tilt against the Badgers (10-3), Western controlled the tempo and rallied for a 73-63 win. (read more)
