With the playoffs only a few weeks away, the Western Mustangs women’s hockey team came into Saturday’s game needing a win. The team had no room for error, needing to finish off their schedule with five straight wins to earn a playoff spot. (read more)

The Mustangs men’s and women’s curling teams swept the Ontario University Athletics finals this past weekend in Peterborough, Ontario.

The men pulled off an impressive 6-4 victory over the defending champion Laurier Golden Hawks, while the women’s team embarrassed the Laurentian Lady Vees 8-3. (read more)
