After capturing the Ontario University Athletics 4x400m relay gold medal, Gazette Sports is happy to pass off the Purple Pipe to Jen Cotten, Jen Ricks, Lisa Grieve and Melanie Lui. Three b-ball players charged with assault

Atlantic University Sports’ top-seed, the St. Francis Xavier X-Men (17-3), will head into the AUS men’s basketball championship this weekend short one all-star guard and two rookie guards.

Tyler Richards and Eamon Morrissy, both from Halifax, and William Donkoh from Nepean, Ontario, have been charged with assault causing bodily harm after a man was hospitalized following an incident in Antigonish on Feb. (read more)
