Spirit If... " Kevin Drew
In keeping with Broken Social Scene fashion, frontman Kevin Drew breaks away from the hipster superclub to release his solo project Spirit If.... Written, produced and performed by Drew, the album is the first in a series entitled Broken Social Scene Presents, with each album being a BSS member’s solo efforts. With Leslie Feist, Emily Haines and Amy Millan’s solo successes, Drew’s latest album is yet another step toward BSS’ world takeover.

Even If It Kills Me " Motion City Soundtrack
The punk pop boys are releasing their third album, co-produced by a tag team of rockstars including members of Fountains of Wayne, Girls Against Boys, and The Cars. Fans of Say Anything and The Matches can expect guest vocals from Max Bemis and Shawn Harris.

Let’s Stay Friends " Les Savy Fav
Indie post-punk band Les Savy Fav’s fourth LP is brimming with shouted lyrics and angular guitar lines along the same vein as The Hives and The Futureheads. The high-energy band leaves a trail of sold-out shows wherever they go. Its quirkiness is evident in song titles like “What Would Wolves Do?” “Slugs in the Shrubs” and “Scotchguard the Credit Card.” Expect a slew of collaborations with members of Fiery Furnaces, The Islands, Enon, Modest Mouse, SNL’s Fred Armisen, and Metric’s Emily Haines.

Adrenaline Rush 2007 " Twista
Snag a copy of Twista’s latest album before his catchy single “Give It Up” featuring Pharrell gets played out. With an A-list roster of producers like Kanye West, Timbaland and The Neptunes, Twista’s tunes will be booming through the streets of downtown London. Adrenaline Rush 2007 is a smorgasbord of inventive hip-hop beats and tongue-twisted raps. The album also features Cee-Lo from Gnarls Barkley, Lil’ Wayne, T-Pain, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and Kanye West. R. Kelly also makes a guest appearance in the appropriately entitled track, “Love Rehab.”

The Document " Linkin Park
After 11 years as a band, 40 million albums sold and two Grammy Awards, Linkin Park releases its greatest hits album, The Document. Not only does the two-disc album include all its successful singles but also a DVD with exclusive interviews and a behind-the-scenes documentary including rare footage and location shots. Several rock commentators also critique the band in the footage.
