CLEARLY THE ONE TONNE CHALLENGE NEEDS REVISITING. The City of London has compiled a $200 million list of projects it hopes to receive funding for from the federal government. Among other initiatives, the city has asked for $15,000,000 for a Material Recovery Facility, which could reduce waste collected at landfills such as the W12A landfill — located on Manning Drive — shown above.
