Damn lineups

To the Editor:
Today I waited 30 minutes to get my broken student card fixed. This is way too slow considering how expensive university is. I have better things to do than wait in the Stevenson-Lawson office, despite its friendly and attractive secretary. Come on. Can’t they streamline the fast things, like getting a student card fixed, to a separate line? Can’t I order it online? Can’t I drop it off and come back? Western! Improve your office operations or I’m telling my friends to go to York. It’s ridiculous and reflects badly on the school.
