Gazette callous on MSM and equality issues

Tuesday, April 7th, 2009

To the editor:
Gazette Opinions would love to quit printing MSM content...”

As an active member of the human community, which includes people of all sexual orientations, I am upset by The Gazette’s un-journalistic complaints about how MSM content is boring them.

You have articulately sent a message to all marginalized students at Western that you are tired of addressing issues of human rights.

For the “sake of our sanity,” will The Gazette please stop printing tripe about what to wear to Charity Ball or how to be more cool than the cast of Juno and stick to the issues that affect all of us.

Certainly, the fact that CBS’ anti-gay policy excludes thousands of healthy donors from helping those in need is an issue that affects everyone.
