Re: “Ivey, grad students get called out”

To the editor:
Every year, the Honours Business and Administration pubcrawl shirts feature a slogan that is arrogant and pretentious " it’s a deliberate nod to the Ivey stereotype. Frankly, anyone who takes genuine offence to a slogan on a pubcrawl T-shirt is a humourless moron, likely an art history major.

However, with respect to tipping, LD is completely right. Our fondness for exploiting the proletariat and cutting costs ensures we never tip more than a couple cents.

This lack of tipping is definitely confined to Ivey students only; we lack the social conscience that drives students from every other faculty to give generous gratuities.

Finally, don’t worry about our mission statement. We’ve submitted a petition to have it changed to “Ivey: We’re better than you.”
