Re: “Pretentious grad student hates our undergrads”
Feb. 13, 2008

To the editor:
I just want to point out that according to the Grad Club’s website, undergraduates are not allowed to use the Grad Club as a study hall, but we are allowed to use the facilities so long as we do not bother our TAs or professors. We are also the first to be asked to leave during peak hours or at the request of management.

This means, Mr. Edwards, that to walk onto the premises we do not need an associate membership. Perhaps in the future you can simply ask management to have undergraduates who misuse the Grad Club (i.e. taking up space that you as a member are entitled to) asked to leave.

You may be older than many undergraduates and many undergraduates may be immature, but “stay out of our club?” You sound like a 12-year-old whining to his mother. Grow up and act like the oh-so-mature graduate student you claim to be.
