Carleton Ravens men’s basketball
The closest thing we have to a dynasty in Canadian Interuniversity Sport basketball, the Ravens look like they do not want to relinquish their position as Canada’s basketball kings. They head into the playoffs with a 21-1 record. After winning their final regular season game, the Ravens are beginning to resemble their previous squads, winning five of the last six national championships.

Western Mustangs men’s hockey rookie line
The Western rookies are pulling a Teemu Selanne on the rest of the Ontario University Athletics. The all-rookie line of Aaron Snow, Keaton Turkiewicz and Kevin Baker controlled the ’Stangs’ quarter-final match-up against the Guelph Gryphons, combining for seven points and leading the squad to a 4-1 win.

Western women’s basketball team
The second best thing to being the defending champions is beating them. That is precisely what the Western Mustangs women did on Feb. 21. Winning a decisive game against McMaster ended their five-game playoff-losing streak at Alumni Hall. The veterans carried the squad down the stretch and brought the OUA West title to Western.

Western men’s squash team
For the 26th straight time " no, that’s not a typo " the men have won the Harald Martin Trophy as OUA men’s squash champions.
