Becky, originally from nearby St. Thomas, is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with an honours degree in Sociology and a general degree in Religion & Culture. Prior to coming to work at the USC, Becky worked for International Services at Ryerson University assisting students with immigration issues, and running various events and programs provided by the office. While at Laurier, she was heavily involved with Laurier International as well as different groups within the Students Union.
With a deep understanding of student life programming and event planning, Becky brings with her enthusiasm to help students have the best possible university experience. She encourages all students to be involved in the USC Clubs System and to visit the Student Life Department if they have questions about anything.
As the Student Organizations’ Administrator, Becky will assist students with starting clubs, monitoring the EventsNet system and dealing with issues, assisting student organizations in planning their events, helping to maintain and update the Student Life website, and assisting with all administrative functions of the clubs system. |
